The Long E or Mark 1 dial is one of the earliest variations of the matte GMT-Master dial, with only the Mark 0 coming before it. This dial variation gets its name from the extended E in the ROLEX logo on the dial. These dials can be found on late 1m serial number watches and early to mid 2m serial watches. This watch features a 1.89m serial, consistent with that period.
The case on this watch is in excellent condition, with some wear, sharp underside edges and clear, wide chamfers on the lugs.
